Dear Colleagues:
Welcome to the 2009 Dannemiller Annual Fall Nurse Anesthetist Review & Update and Regional Anesthesia Hands-on Workshop!

This review course has been offered annually for over 30 years in San Antonio. The course is designed specifically for CRNAs and designed to enhance your knowledge in anesthesia and transmit acquired knowledge into clinical practice and patient safety. This is the only course that offers the opportunity to earn 40 continuing education credits upon completion of the entire program plus also earn pharmacology credits as well.

As always, at this meeting, an outstanding array of experts will present an update and recent progress in: current clinical challenges, pharmacology, regional techniques, legal and professional issues, and pediatric and obstetrical specialties.

The meeting has been specifically designed in response to the comments and requests of anesthetists attending previous programs; so, it is truly a meeting of enormous clinical value to all engaged in the practice of anesthesia. I look forward to seeing you there.

PLEASE NOTE:
In an effort to go "green" this year the meeting syllabus will be presented via a USB drive that will contain the speaker handout materials. You will need to bring your laptop. If a paper version of the syllabus is desired, one can be obtained for $75 extra. Paper syllabus orders need to be placed no later than October 1, 2009. Slides will be available for download November 20, 2009, and the USB will be available when you arrive at the meeting. The syllabus serves as an up-to-date comprehensive reference source for post-meeting review.
